Tillie Polish Sweet Treats Collection Nail Art & Review

Provided For Review

Another week has passed by which means I am that much closer to finishing one more semester, have I said that enough to you all yet?! I don’t think I’ll be able to control myself until its all over, as this semester has been one of the toughest. I’ve been keeping my sanity by painting my nails and baking cupcakes. Speaking of sweet things I am super excited to share with you all some nail art and swatches I’ve done with Tillie Polishes Sweet Treats Collection consisting of two cream and three shimmer shades, all of which are equally amazing.

Lets go ahead and start out with a bang! Can you believe it has been over a month since I last marbled… like seriously now, what the heck is wrong with me?! Thankfully right when I saw ‘Raspberry Macaron‘ and Apple of My Pie, before I even got them in the mail, I knew I had to marble with them. As always these Tillie creams marbled perfectly and they are a great addition to my already awesome lineup.

Here is another mani I did that you may have seen on my Instagram using both of these polishes. I’ve been digging mix and match manis lately and I wore this one for over a week. I used Nail Vinyls for the stripes on my thumb, MoYou plate Suki 07 on my middle and Venique ‘Sea Diamonds’ on my ring finger. Both of these shades applied equally beautifully and showed opaqueness in two coats.

Another mani that I envisioned when I saw this sweet set is this simple dotticure using Buttercream Dream as my base and then ‘Cotton Candy Crush and Pink Lemonade for the dots. These colors go great together but I must say I need a little work on my dot work, I am so rusty!

I used three coats of Buttercream Dream for full opaqueness and this picture below is without topcoat which is pretty impressive for a yellow as they tend to be super streaky.

One more quick mani I did that you also may have seen on my Instagram was this chic look where I used a stamp design from Moyou plate Pro 18 and Venique ‘Sea Diamonds‘. I kept looking back at my nails the whole time I wore this mani as it was something I thought I wouldn’t like but I was so wrong.

Pink Lemonade has this peachy pink look to it that still has me swooning. Two smooth coats for this lovely shimmery cream.

And lastly we have Cotton Candy Crush which is a pastel blue shimmer cream. Two even coats as well for this one and my photos are without topcoat, super smooth. It kind of reminds me of a cinderella like blue color, very pretty!

I personally loved all the colors and formulas of these shades and can’t wait to use them again! You can find this collection and many other lovely shades at Tillie Polishes website HERE. Check them out on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for sales and giveaways!
