Ethereal Lacquer – Mint Madness and Lemon Lightening

Provided For Review
A few weeks back I got the pleasure of meeting Megan from Ethereal Lacquer and she supplied me with some of her amazing pastel shades. Since then Megan has really been booming in the indie polish world with lots and lots of other awesome creations. Check out the gradient/marble I did with the other two colors from this bunch HERE.
Mint Madness is a minty cream which was opaque after three thin coats for me. No top coat was used below so the smoothness of it can really be seen. I instantly needed this color when I saw it, I’m such a sucker for minty creams.
What goes better with mint then coral?! I used Square Hue’s Collins Avenue and Aenglands Excalibur to add little randomness to Mint Madness, yes lots nessesness. A tutorial for the splatter effect can be found HERE if you haven’t tried it yet. Super easy and quite fun.
Lemon Lighting is a bright lemony yellow pastel cream which was also opaque after three thin coats. Again no top coat was applied for the photo below. Not to bright but when…
its under the black light it brightens up like cray cray! I love any polish that glows under a black light. So fun to go to the bars and see your nails glow.
Alright so go on laugh I know, it’s quite a pathetic attempet at stamping compared to some other ladies out there but not crappy enough not to share with you guys. Using Aenglands Camelot and Winstonia Stores W112 plate I added some “bubbles” well more like a bunch of dots.
I think I like it under the black light more. Maybe its because I like the contrast of greenish color and black more. Anyway there is always room for improvement. I am just happy that I even had time for nails this weekend! Life has been just going and going.
I’m not sure when Megan will have these back in stock as she has been focusing on here fall/winter collections a lot lately but you should for sure check out Ethereal Lacquers store HERE as well as her Instagram and Facebook where you can find out lots more info about all her shades.
Any thoughts on my attempt at a full stamping manicure or these shades loves?
