Glossy Girls Summer Collection
July 9, 2013
Alright so I have been hard at work on getting caught up on some swatching and guest posting!
Today I have Glossy Girls summer collection. This new indie brands first collection is filled with lots of lovely colors! Take a look!
Limeade Burst is a light green crelly base with some shimmery pearlness to it and has matte large and small neon glitters in white, purple, green and pink. I used three coats to get full opacity, it applied a little thick but not too streaky.
Lilac Field also has a slight shimmery pearlness to it in its lilac crelly base. It has small blue, red and green hexes, red stars and bars as well as the occasional neon green and pink hex. Glitter was a little sparse but still visible. Only two coats needed for full opacity and much thinner.
Glossy Girls is also offering up some polish rings in all their shades only for $3.50, you can find them HERE.
Bees A Buzzin is a yellow cream with square and hex black glitter. Two coats on its own for full opacity. Application was great and the glitters came out so abundantly! This would be a great accent for a black and yellow water marble.
Underwater Pool is a blue cream with hex, square and micro green glitters. This was my favorite of the collection! Two coats on its own and quite good application. Definitely could see myself rocking this poolside.
Glossy Girls also supplied me with their Lemon Cuticle Butter. You can sure tell it’s lemon scented! About the size of a half dollar and filled with lots of natural ingredients. A little sticky on application but it could be a perfect addition to anyones purse for only $3.00.
All in all Glossy Girls first line anit too shabby, I’d recommend Underwater Pool out of all the products I tried.
All these products can be found on Glossy Girls site HERE.
